Nota de disertación: Tesis Resumen: This research was undertaken in response to the increasing prevalence of diet-related illnesses in the predominantly Mapuche-populated area of Maquehue, southern Chile. The aim of the project was to gather data pertinent to the planning of culturally-appropriate nutrition interventions.
